Pleased to welcome Tom Dooley and Nick Bicking to the Community Bank & Wealth Management Group Michael Fleak recently joined Premier Bank as Commercial and Small Business Development Manager. He will be based in the bank’s Miner- al Wells office in Wood County and work closely with Premier’s lenders and business bankers. Kristi Johnson recently joined Premier Bank as Branch Manager/Loan Officer. She will manage the bank’s Mineral Wells office in Wood County. Johnson comes to Premier Bank from Hunting- ton Banks, where she was a Personal Banker/ Relationship Manager. She began her banking career in 2001, as Vice President Investments and Financial Advisor with Settlers Bank. Amy King recently joined Premier Bank as Assistant Vice President - Loan Office. She will be based at the bank’s Buckhannon office. King joins Premier Bank from Alderson Broaddus Uni- versity, where she was Director of Financial Aid. She began her banking career in 1994 with First Community Bank in Buckhannon, as a Customer Service Representative, progressing to other roles of increasing leadership and responsibility. Bill Sevy recently joined Premier Bank as a Loan Officer. He will be based at the bank’s Ripley West branch in Jackson County. Sevy comes to Premier Bank from MVB Bank, where he was a Mortgage Lender. He began his banking career in 1983 with Kanawha Valley Bank (BB&T). Carl G. Corbin II of Capon Bridge recently joined the bank’s board of directors. Corbin is a graduate of James Wood High School and Dowell J. Howard Center, both in Fred- erick County, Va., and in 1998 he joined Miller Machine & Tool Company Inc., a full-service machine and fabrication shop in Winches- ter, Va. In 2004, he and a partner purchased MMTC, and Corbin currently serves as company vice president. In addition, he also operates a rental business in Capon Bridge, CC Enterprises.
