Previously, Alex has served as a Client Service Specialist and Rela- tionship Banker at the MVB Tech Park and MVB Cheat Lake locations. Lisa Matthews has been promoted from Assistant Branch Manager to Branch Manager for the MVB Sabra- ton location. Sarah Simmons has been ap- pointed as Branch Manager for the new MVB Suncrest location. Sarah has been the branch manager at the MVB Tech Park location in Fairmont for two years. Tina Spangler has been promoted to Retail / Small Business Development Officer. She will work with Market President Herman DeProspero to further devel- op client relationships in the Morgantown market. Frank Sutton has been named Market President for Central W.Va., including Harrison and Marion coun- ties. Mr. Sutton joined MVB in 2012 as a Branch Manager in the Bridgeport branch location. Most recently, Frank was a Senior Financial Analyst in the MVB Fnancial Corp., Finance Department, and completed MVB’s Leadership Development Program in 2016. Amy Walton and Justin Moser have both been hired as Relationship Bankers for the new MVB Suncrest location. Pioneer Community Bank Greg Shupe was recently ap- pointed President of Pioneer Community Bank. He brings more than 22 years of finan- cial and bank experience and most recently served as a member of the execu- tive team in the role of Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. Jim Sizemore has transi- tioned to the position of President Emeritus, serving as a liaison with the commu- nity, allowing him to seek and maintain relationships with customers. Mr. Sizemore has more than 40 years in community banking and is a past chairman for the West Virginia Bankers Association. Kristy Crutchfield has been named Chief Fi- nancial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Carl Bowman, Vice President, has been appointed Chief Credit Officer, and Paul Hare, Jr., has been named Vice President, Compliance Officer for Pioneer Community Bank.
