First Sentry Bank Brian Arbaugh was named Finance Assistant. A native of Louisa, Kentucky, Arbaugh has been with the bank for two years and has earned both his BBA and Master of Science in Accountancy degrees from Marshall University. He will be responsible for the preparation of certain finance and accounting reports as well as assist in the management of the bank’s interest rate and liquidity management systems. Travis Capehart was named Network Ad- ministrator. A native of Beckley, WV and a Marshall University graduate, Capehart has been with First Sentry Bank for 6 years. Capehart is responsible for the in- ternal management of the bank’s phone systems as well as for the installation and maintenance of all of the bank’s software and hardware required to efficiently run the Bank’s computer network. Jeff Davis has joined the bank as Vice President – Commercial Banking and will be responsible for the development of commercial relationships in Putnam County. A native of Hurricane, West Virginia, Davis obtained his BBA from Marshall University and his MBA from the West Virginia Graduate College. He joins the bank with 24 years’ experience in a community banking environment in Putnam County and will be based in the bank’s new Rock Branch office. Rob Durst was named Assistant Vice President – Credit Analysis. Durst has worked for First Sentry Bank for 10 years. A native of Huntington and a Marshall University graduate, Durst is responsible for the underwriting of commercial loans and implementing processes/procedures to create efficiencies in the commercial lending process. Julie Midkiff was named Vice President – Finance. Midkiff has been with First Sen- try Bank over 10 years and has been in banking for over 32 years in Huntington. A native of Proctorville, Ohio, Midkiff is a graduate of Marshall University and is a Certified Public Accountant responsible for the preparation of the bank’s internal financial reports and reconciliations. Mike Miller was named Assistant Vice President – Operations. Miller has worked for First Sentry Bank for 20 years and has over 27 years’ experience in the local banking community. A native of Huntington and graduate of Kentucky Christian University, Miller is responsi- ble for the overall management of the operations function of the bank, which includes check processing, statement rendering, online banking, remote banking, cash manage- ment, wire transfers and customer service.
