Kayla Addison, manager of the South Charleston, W. Va. branch, has been named Assistant Vice President. Ad- dison attends West Virginia State University and has been with City for 9 years. Julie Baker, senior underwrit- ing processing manager, has been promoted to Vice Pres- ident. Baker has been with City for 20 years and has worked in mortgage lending for 26 years. Scott Brannon, IS security officer, has been promoted to Vice President. Brannon has a master’s degree in Tech- nology Management with an emphasis in Information Security and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional. He has been with City since 2014. Laura Delph, manager of the Proctorville, Ohio branch, has been named Assistant Vice President. Delph has been with City for 8 years and is a graduate of Mar- shall University and the West Virginia School of Banking. Kelli Feicht, commercial loan documentation supervisor, has been named Assistant Vice President. A graduate of Southern West Virginia Community College, Feicht has been in banking for 30 years and has been with City for more than 18 years. Tana Gibbs, manager of the Greenup, Ky. branch, has been named Assistant Vice President. Gibbs is a graduate of the Kentucky Bankers Association General Banking School and has been with City for 15 years. Susan Hornbeck, BSA/AML compliance officer, has been named Assistant Vice Pres- ident. Hornbeck has been in banking for 15 years and came to City in 2015. She is a graduate of Glenville State College and is a Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist. Rusty Hudnall, trust portfolio manager in the downtown Charleston, W.Va. branch, has been promoted to Vice President. Hudnall has a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia State University, MBA from the University of Charleston and is a graduate of the West Virginia School of Banking. He has been with City for 8 years. JP Owens, regional banking manager of the Greater Putnam County, W. Va. area, has been promoted to Vice President. Owens is a grad- uate of West Virginia State University and the West Virginia School of Banking. He has been with City for 12 years and has a 16-year career in banking. Peggy Patterson, manager of the Alderson, W. Va. branch, has been named Assistant Vice President. A graduate of the West Virginia School of Banking and CNB School of Lending, Patterson has worked in banking for more than 38 years and has been with City for 17 years. April Perkins, manager of the Eisenhower branch in Beckley, W. Va., has been named Assistant Vice Presi- dent. A graduate of the West Virginia School of Banking, Perkins has been with City for almost 16 years. Zack Stone, HR regional rep-HR analyst, has been named Assistant Vice Pres- ident. A graduate of West Liberty State College and Marshall University, Stone is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources. He has been with City for 2 years.
