fall 2015 33 West Virginia Banker Clear Mountain Bank Harry Hayes, vice president of mortgage origination at Clear Mountain Bank, recently graduated from the American Bankers Association Stonier Grad- uate School of Banking in Philadelphia. Stonier is ABA’s national graduate school of banking, an intensive three-year program for bank executives. Tim Stout was recently hired as vice president of commer- cial lending. In his position, Stout will be responsible for originating commercial loans and developing relationships with both new and existing business clients at Clear Mountain Bank’s new Bridgeport Loan Office. Randall Underwood was re- cently hired to Clear Moun- tain’s senior management team as senior vice president and chief lending officer. In his position, Underwood will be responsible for managing the bank’s commercial loan production process, as well as cash management, business banking and other related prod- ucts. Underwood has more than 40 years of experience in the banking industry and formerly served as president and CEO of two community banks in WV. Community Bank Mari Ann Benson was re- cently promoted to Branch Manager of the Bank’s South Parkersburg Office. Mari Anne has been with Com- munity Bank for four years. She has a 16-year career in banking. Mari Anne attended Washing- ton State Community College and is a graduate of the West Virginia School of Banking. Brian Cayton was recently promoted to Assistant Vice President. Brian is a graduate of Fairmont State University, Graduate School of Banking of the South and the West Virginia School of Banking. Brian joined Community Bank in 2004. Tina Dukas was recently promoted to Assistant Vice President, BSA Officer. Tina is a graduate of the West Virginia School of Banking and the Anti-Money Laun- dering and Bank Secrecy Act Compliance School. Tina has held the positions of Retail Banking Manager and Branch Manager. David Myers was recently promoted to Assistant Vice President, Network Adminis- trator. David is a graduate of West Virginia University and has been with Community Bank for thirteen years. First Sentry Bank Bonnie Blatt was recent- ly named Assistant Vice President - Branch Manager of the Barboursville Office. Bonnie has worked for First Sentry Bank for ten years and has served the local com- munity as a respected banker for the past forty years. She will be responsible for the overall management of the Barboursville office. Mitch Farrar was recently named Vice President – Branch Administration and Business Development. A local, community banking professional for the past twenty-two years, Mitch has been with First Sentry Bank for two years and has worked with numerous local and regional business leaders. He will be based in the Barboursville office. Barbara Miller was recently named Assistant Vice Pres- ident, Consumer Banking Officer. Barbara has worked for First Sentry Bank for thir- teen years and has served the local banking community for the past twenty-four years. Barbara will work with customers for their consumer lending needs as well as supervise the new accounts department. Anthony Robateau was recently promoted to Credit Analyst. Anthony has been with the bank for over a year and is a recent graduate from Marshall University. A native of Huntington, WV, he will work with team members in the analysis of commercial loan applications. Shannon Stephens was recent- ly promoted to Appraisal Review Analyst. Shannon has been with the bank for the past three years. A native of Alum Creek, WV, Shan- non will review real estate appraisals for accuracy as well as being responsible for assessing values on other real estate involved in lending. WesBanco Bank David L. Sayre was recently appointed Market Presi- dent for WesBanco Bank’s Kanawha Region. As Market President for the Kanawha Valley Region, David will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination and performance of the region's commercial banking program, as well as coordinating business development through other business lines, including retail, wealth management, and mortgage lending. n Bank Notes
