He will manage retail regions consisting of approximately 60 branches in West Virginia, Kentucky and Ohio including the Huntington- Ashland-Ironton MSA, the Charleston MSA, the Beckley WV MSA, and Lewisburg, Point Pleasant, and Braxton and Harrison counties. Community Bank Barbara Close recently joined the bank as Vice President of Sales and will be working from the main office in Parkersburg. In addition to her degree in Organizational Management from Ohio Valley University, Barbara brings more than 20 years of experience in financial sales and bank operations. Mary Ann Laughery recently joined the bank as Branch Manager of Community Bank’s Emerson Avenue office. Mary Ann brings more than seventeen years of experience in the retail banking industry. Community Trust Bank Deanna L. Wellman was recently promoted to the position of Tug Valley Market Assistant Vice President with Community Trust Bank, Inc. Ms. Wellman’s duties include overseeing the daily operations of her branch office and calling on existing and prospective clients to develop new business and to retain and expand existing business. First Bank of Charleston Julie R. Harper was recently appointed as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Harper joined First Bank of Charleston in 2010 and has over 20 years experience in the banking industry. First Neighborhood Bank Cathy Barker was recently promoted to Loan Services Officer. She has over 24 years of banking experience and has been with FNB for five years. During her tenure at FNB, she has worked as a Loan Processor, Loan Operations Manager, including Loan Services Officer – her most recent promotion. Teresa DePue was recently promoted to Vice President and has over 21 years of banking experience. Beginning her career at FNB as a teller, she has held multiple positions within the company, currently including Credit Analyst. Shauna Evans was recently promoted to Marketing Officer. She began her career at FNB in October 2012 and has over 6 years experience in Banking. Evans began as the Marketing Coordinator and also assists FNB’s President and Chairman of the Board, David M. Righter. Jaclyn Righter was recently promoted to Vice President. She began her career with FNB in September 2010 as the Audit/ Compliance Officer.
