He is responsible for obtaining new contacts and executing loans, establishing deeper community relations, and strengthening customer retention and growth. First Neighborhood Bank Shauna Bock was recently named Vice President and will help oversee day-to-day operations of FNB’s location on Emerson Avenue in Parkersburg. Tammy White was recently named Assistant Vice President and will continue her duties of BSA Officer and Deposit Coordinator in the Spencer office. Haley Farrah was recently named Mortgage Banking Officer. She will be responsible for new construction loans, home equity loans and traditional mortgage loans. Farrah is located at FNB’s office on Emerson Avenue in Parkersburg. Joshua Hively and Jeremy Webb were named Business Development Officers. Their primary focus is commercial lending and cash management products geared toward small and medium-sized businesses. Hively’s attention will be on the Spencer and Roane County area, while Webb will support Parkersburg and the surrounding area. United Bank Joshua McBride was recently hired as Financial Advisor for United Brokerage Services.
