Harrell recently joined CNB Bank, Inc. as new Senior Executive Officer. Mr. Harrell comes to the bank having served as President of Centra Bank of Hagerstown since 2007. City National Bank Sheila Dickens was recently promoted to Branch Operations Manager in Retail Administration. Sheila has over 10 years of service at City National Bank. Dickens worked at City from 1993 to 2001, rejoining the bank in 2008. Dawn Frederick was recently appointed Branch Manager of City National Bank’s Marmet location. Frederick has over 12 years of banking experience, and started her career at City National Bank’s Kanawha City branch in 1989. Tony Hantke was recently named Chief Fraud Control & Security Office. Hantke has 23 years of experience as a special agent for the Internal Rev- enue Service, specializing in white collar crime. James Hudnall was recently promoted to Trust Portfolio Manager for City National’s Trust and Wealth Management Services. Hudnall will be located at City National Bank’s Hale Street location. He has seven years of experience in the financial and business sector. Emily Seufer was recently named PR & Marketing Officer. Seufer brings over five years of experience in public relations and marketing to City National Bank. As client services manager at The Arnold Agency, a West Virginia-based advertising and marketing firm, she designed and executed strategic marketing plans for multiple clients. First Federal Savings Bank Ann Helmick was recently elected Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary. Ms. Helmick possesses over fifteen years financial institution experience. R. Todd Cunningham was recently named Vice President and Chief Lending Officer. Cunningham is responsible for man- aging all lending functions for the Bank and supervising the Bank’s lending officers and staff. FNB Bank, Inc. Richard Hamblin was recently appointed President and CEO of FNB Bank, Inc. following the retirement of Paul Shifflett. Travis Delaplain was recently promoted to Vice President and CFO of the Bank. Freedom Bank Valerie Hurst was recently named Interim President/CEO fol- lowing the December 31, 2011 retirement of Mike Hudnall. Hancock County Savings Bank Catherine Ferrari was recently appointed President and Chief Executive Officer following the retire- ment of Harry Comm. Summit Community Bank Douglas Mitchell was recently named Chief Execu- tive Officer of Summit Community Bank following the retirement of Ronald Miller. Mr. Mitchell will be based at Summit’s corporate headquarters in Moorefield, West Virginia. Bradford Ritchie was recently named President of Summit Community Bank. Mr. Ritchie will be based at the Southridge office in Charleston, West Virginia. United Bankshares, Inc. W. Mark Tatterson was recently appointed Execu- tive Vice President of United Bankshares, Inc. Tatterson is directly responsible for treasury and asset liability management, investment portfolio management, and shareholders relations. WesBanco, Inc. Ruth Joseck recently joined the Bank as Senior Vice President – Commercial Banker for the Kanawha Valley and Parkersburg regions. Ms. Joseck joins WesBanco with 30 years banking experience in the Kanawha Valley.
