Johnson, Jr., who retired after forty-eight years of service to the organization. He also serves as vice president and treasurer of the bank’s holding company, Citizen’s Financial Corp. First National Bank, Ronceverte Matthew L. Burns has been officially named the bank’s president and CEO. He had served in the role of president and CEO since December 2010. Consider the use of a third policy entity to provide an avenue for receiving whistleblower complaints. Make certain it is their practice to recommend other remedies before recommending you hire a lawyer but that that they can also recognize when legal advice is imperative. 5. Make sure your complaint receiver understands your business well enough not to make a big issue out of something minor. 6. Communicate your policy to employees on how to report while making it clear the type of complaints that are appropriate for this special situation and that most complaints need to use your already established procedure.
